Her.Stage Collective (Her.Stage) leverages live events as a transformative platform for learning and growth. Our mission is to empower racialized women by fostering confidence in leadership through purposeful workshops, immersive experiences, and mentorship opportunities. We are committed to creating spaces that uplift, inspire, and equip women with the tools and support they need to lead with strength and resilience.
Our Story

The team at Her.Stage is in love with live music and believes women should have the opportunities to create the shows they want to see. Whether that's an indie rock show, a rave or a music festival, we are committed to getting young, racialized women in the right spaces, and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to make it happen.
We come from different backgrounds, and with various lived experiences in differing fields - social work, music industry, public service, event planning - and together, with a common goal in mind,
we're realizing our own vision: to support you in building yours.
